Awards and Recognition

The Mycetoma MicroImage Challenge is committed to recognizing outstanding contributions and innovations in the field of medical image analysis. Participants who excel in the challenge will receive the following awards and recognitions:

Certificates:

All participants who successfully submit valid results and adhere to the competition rules will receive a certificate of participation.

Conference Presentation:

• Teams will be invited to present their methods and results at a special session during the First day of MICCAI 2024 (6 October 2024), in Marrakesh, Morocco. This session will offer participants the chance to showcase their work to a global audience of peers and experts in the field.
• Winners will be featured on the challenge and conference websites, newsletters, and press releases, highlighting their achievements to the global community.

Publications:

• The top submissions will be invited to submit extended versions of their work to a challenge paper, which will be submitted for publication with all participants as co-authors.
• Participants can submit their own paper after submitting the challenge paper.
