Submission of Results
Upon registration, detailed instructions on the submission format and procedures will be provided.
Deadline for Submissions
All submissions must be completed by the deadline specified on the challenge timeline. Late submissions will not be accepted and will not be included in the final evaluation.
After Submission
- Once submitted, participants will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of their submission.
- The submitted results will undergo preliminary validation to ensure they adhere to the required format and completeness. Participants may be contacted to resolve any issues identified during this preliminary check.
Announcement of Results
Results will be shared with participants after the final submission for transparency. The final rankings and scores will be officially announced during a dedicated session at the MICCAI 2024 conference. This session will include in-depth discussions on the submitted algorithms, showcasing innovative approaches and techniques in Mycetoma detection and classification.
Participation Rules
By registering for the challenge, participants agree to adhere to these rules. Non-compliance may result in disqualification from the challenge.
- All methods must be fully automatic.
- Participants can use additional publicly available data and/or pre-trained models.
- Submissions from organizers’ institutes are allowed.
- Sharing of the challenge data outside the registered participants is strictly prohibited.
- Participants may submit up to three entries. Only the last submission will be considered for the final evaluation.
- Participants retain the intellectual property rights to their algorithms.
- Depending on the nature of the results and subsequent agreements, winning solutions may be required to provide a detailed description of the methodology for publication or presentation.
